PDF Rotator provides a free in-browser software interface for manipulating PDF documents. You retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights to any documents processed through the tool. We claim zero ownership or rights over your files.

3. Fair Use & Prohibitions

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit the website infrastructure, inject malicious code into client libraries, or use automated scrapers to overburden the static CDN distribution network.

4. "As-Is" Warranty & Limitation of Liability

PDF Rotator is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall PDF Rotator, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.
