In modern PDF architecture, each page within a document is represented by a Page Object Dictionary. This dictionary contains an optional /Rotate entry which specifies the number of degrees by which the page should be rotated clockwise when displayed or printed. Valid values are multiples of 90 (0, 90, 180, 270).
Many desktop PDF viewers offer a "View → Rotate" option in their interface. However, this is merely a temporary UI viewport toggle that is discarded as soon as the file is closed or sent to a colleague. Our tool directly modifies the underlying binary dictionary stream, guaranteeing that the new orientation is permanent.
/Rotate attribute defined in ISO 32000-1 specifications. When you save and download the document, every reader, printer, and mobile app opens it in the new orientation permanently.
